Separatism is separatism. It’s not limited by the ethnicity. The concept is the same. Ukrainians living in Ukraine wanted to be independent from Kiev. Chechens living in Russia wanted independence from Moscow. You support Chechens choice, but not the Ukrainian choice.
There wouldn’t have been a conflict if NATO was dismantled in 1991. There wouldn’t have been a conflict if the US did not install a puppet government in Ukraine in 2014. There wouldn’t have been a conflict if NATO pursued an ‘open door policy’ for new members. I can go forever with this. Why did not Putin annex Crimea in any year prior to 2014? He could have.
