Of course it's possible -- no one is going to rush into using strategic weapons, it is improbable they will ever be used because tactical devices will ensure a quick end to the conflict.
And a quick end is of utmost importance while it is only Ukrainians who are making the sacrifice on behalf of everyone's freedom
