Ukraine already making a long-range rocket launcher to Saudis matter of time before they make them to use in this war. Some say Ukraine used that to attack Crimea. If this goes on, they might even make nuclear warheads , something even the Germans & French were concerned about at the start of this war. Putin seems to be pushing for a settlement now in a few moths time he might be begging for a settlement.
