Just more whataboutism.
The topic of the thread doesn't extend to those examples you reference and there's only 'fixation', as you describe it, on Putin to the extent he's the aggressor and a star attraction and actor in this particular discussion.
If you want to start a discussion on those entirely disconnected and unrelated examples go right ahead and do it. Don't wave them about and bring them into this discussion as some kind of vague excuse and/or justification for Putin's brutal and unprovoked invasion of a neighbour.
And if you are going to do it (toss up whataboutisms) you need to do better than just vaguely pointing to some other conflicts or tensions and presenting them as if they all have the same characteristics, backgrounds, circumstances and drivers as Putin's invasion of Ukraine....they clearly don't.
