Although I think you and some Tankie protesters keep mentioning the use of nuclear weapons, I’d put this in the category of the unthinkable. If Putin wants to use nuclear weapons - so-called ‘tactical’ or not - then it’s pretty much MAD. So what is the point in taking about an Armageddon scenario such as this? We have to suppose that the Putin regime is rational enough to understand that ending human life on this planet is not a situation that is compatible with leaving a fitting legacy and ensuring that the Russian people fulfil their supposed shining destiny of greatness. The regime has mothers, fathers, wives, sons, daughters that are dear to them - do they really want to see all these people that they love and revere vaporised in a nuclear holocaust?

Rather than continuing to mention the use of nuclear weapons week in and week out, maybe we should just examine what is actually happening in the battle space as regards conventional weapons.
