Kherson is looking like a Putinist defeat because Russian troops don't want to fight for Putin any more and are refusing orders. If their commanders join them a broader revolt against Putinism can begin.

Zelensky needs to suss the situation out carefully. If there is a true revolt, Ukraine should allow these troops safe passage in an organised manner, back into Russia with their heavy weapons.
