Seems like a pointless waste of a mentally ill individuals life.
He doesn't look like someone that had combat experience so was not subject to the current partial mobilisation.
I mean if he got a letter in the future saying you are drafted, report to the mobilisation point tomorrow then ok fill your boots and kill yourself, but precautionary suicide just in case you got drafted down the track is dumb and pointless.
