-US is providing meaningful security guarantees as long as it takes as to the man that really matters.

Besides, Ukraine up until Zelensky had a tumultuous political environment with corruption, Russian de-stabilisaion was selling weapons to rogue nations. It was not a good place to have nuclear weapons. That's just one of Meashheimer bluffs. Since he and Carlson got on to Putin payroll, outlandish comments have being more extreme.
