It would have been impossible for him to remain in the circumstances.

They announced and had snap Presidential elections in May. Reasonably democratic as far as I can see. I can't see what else they could have done ? Because they fell 10 votes short what were they supposed to do ? Hold a gun to his head and insist he stay ? Impossible.

What do you say should have occurred/happened in that circumstance in 2014 ?

This is all ancient history anyway and it's been gone over and over so often on here.
