Putting aside the bridge to Crimea, suspect the Russkies are very concerned with what could happen to their naval assets in Crimea and the Black Sea in general.

Shame their one and only Aircraft Carrier is in for repairs and that Turkey would refuse it entry to the Black Sea anyway, as it would provide great real time evidence as to the future of naval assets going fwd (i.e. they are fooked).
