EoT I doubt if anyone in the civilised world would condone killing or torturing any Russian POWs especially when the majority of the poor ba****ds had no desire to be part of this war anyway. However if intelligence could research a target in Russia that would directly impact Putin or some of his cronies then that would be a whole different matter. The biggest difficulty with that maybe Putin seeing so much red mist that he hits the Nuke button so perhaps he should be targeted directly to avoid that possibility.
