This speech parallels Putin's current configuration, their is no remorse only revenge and escalation. Just need to substitute some pronouns to Russian participants. Their are probably better examples when the German invasion began in Russia, the Russian people seem to have forgotten. History does repeat if no one learns. Having a dictator especially with Putin's background was the first step.
