    Where is Mariupol? That city is in the conflict and dispute zone and has now been annexxed.You are completely conflating and confusing things. Russia has no intention of siezing Kiev, Yesterday was the first serious bombing of numerous targets throughout Ukraine including western ukraine. Previously it was by and large resticted to military targets. They have previously avoided targeting infrastructure of Ukraine, now a large part of Ukraine has next to no power.
