No.
Putler is afraid of an idea. Not just afraid..he's sh.t scared.
Of democracy.
And that's enough for him to pretend/lie he'll close the book in 3 days, and when that lie collapses, it's enough for him to kill tens of thousands, sacrifice tens of thousands more, displace millions, threaten nuclear, make his people international pariahs and mortgage their future.
