Jens Stoltenbugger said this morning that the fact that Nato is running low on weapons stocks is a good thing because they are being used on Russia.

Not actually entirely true though -- by some estimates half the weapons are un accounted for and they are now turning up in terrorists hands worldwide .

He appeared very fidgety when he said it too, which is understandable.
