Who ever said that "the Ukraine(s) where holding their own and had the upper hand"? Who ever said that "the Russians are failing in their military endeavours"?
"Oh! That’s right, earlier on they thought the NATO countries would support them in tackling the Bear." Umm...just reminding you that the "Bear" tackled Ukraine.
But if you persist in looking at events in reverse, you'll always be wrong, and will always be seen as ridiculous. ....but, I guess that's your choice.
