Investment implies a return on funds employed
and that is oil extraction in Iraq.

There is no oil in Afghanistan ....only poppies
and I guess the CIA (Ollie North) has been sprung on that gig
so its not likely to "Play it Again Uncle Sam".

And what about Vietnam........The Commos thare wont let
US Big Oil get its fingers on the recently discovered Vietnamese
offshore oil ....so no US investment in Vietnam....eh?
