kaliningrad (Konigsberg) was German (East Prussian) territory seized by Russia at the end of the Second World War. It is of no relevance to Ukraine.
The Azov thing has been done to death, it's a tiny force, comprised disproportionately of Russian speakers. It's a red herring.
On the other hand the Wagner group, which has numerous documented neo nazi links, is at the heart of Russian foreign policy and used as a de facto Russian army all over the globe. Anyone genuinely concerned by neo nazis should be more concerned by the latter than the former.
