Also to the people continually calling "energy infrastructure" civilian targets this is not really true by war time definitions. The USA and Australia in their military handbooks state electrical infrastructure are valid military targets.
Not only do they BELIEVE they are valid military targets they have literally blown them up when invading countries themselves. So they both believe it and have done it, recently.
