You are so uninformed and misinformed it beggars belief. 1) there is no soviet empire. The USSR and Russia are 2 very different entities. Russia existed before the USSR and it now exists after the USSR. 2) Russia’s decision to invade was to to with protecting Russia. s in the Donbas and a response to the military buildup Ukraine was amassing near the Donbas. Ukraine did not have to spend 8 yrs shelling the Donbas. Now they are dealing with the consequences. 3) Russia has not declared war nor has Ukraine declared war on Russia. There have been no formal declarations of war from either side. There are no legal documents in either country declaring war. Russia has put in place a special military operation and there are documents for that, but its not a declaration of war. Like numerous Ukraine / Zelensky propagandists on the thread you are ignorant of basic facts and in denial of the situation that is transpiring. Peace and Freedom to Ukraine? They will have peace and freedom to what is left, and the longer it goes on the less is left.
