a fourth is , Ukraine as far as I know haven't sacked any comanders ...whereas Puin is doing it very regularly - advertises that UAF fighting smarter

so puting all these things together ... what we actually observe is russia losing ground

Zelensky made the concession early NOT to join NATO , if meaningful negotiations are to occur Putins needs to relent on annexation
if there is nothing in a peace for Ukraine why would they agree ?
Negotiations are more than just stating demands and wiating for them to be met , particularly if you're losing .
