Instead of agreeing on a special autonomous status of Luhansk and Donetsk within the recognised, international borders of Ukraine, those territories plus more are now no longer part of Ukraine.
Russia has won big time. Bloody, messy, at times not coordinated, with signs of no clear objectives of the military operation at times etc. Lessons learnt.
