Lol. Brics is the last great hope to save everything. South Africa has become a basket-case with myriad problems and continues to go backwards, China and India have intensifying rivalry, and if Iran and Saudi Arabia join you can throw away consensus on anything. I have no idea what mechanisms Brics will have to operate to achieve anything of significance for their members. SCO has more of a chance of actual decision-making. Apple just announced they will be using chips made in Arizona and Europe in the next few years in order to diversify the supply chain.
