Its ridiculous when Putin can send hundreds of missiles to terrorise/kill families and damage civilian infrastructure all over Ukraine but the Ukrainians are not allowed to return the favour because of Putins nuclear bluffing. If the Russian people were subject to the same conditions as the Ukrainians then their attitude to Putin and the war would go downhill very quickly.

Maybe if Putin could be informed that if he continues with his murderous barrage of missiles against non military targets then something of value to him personally will be blown to smithereens, then if he still continues then everything associated with him will be snotted. Since he really only cares about himself that angle may just have the required effect.
