I think its is. There is a deal going on to transition Ukraine out of its reliance gas transit fees, and this kerfuffle is just brinkmanship (and good for the oil price). That deal is about tapering the gas flow through Nord-1 over a decade, rather than shutting it off, and giving Ukraine adequate compensation. Nobody wants a war over this. Expect the market to rally when the deal is done.
