⚡️Retired US Army General believes Russia will exhaust ability to fight within ten days.

Ben Hodges, former commander of the U.S. Army in Europe, told CBS News that Russia is running out of time, ammunition and manpower as a “quick operation” turned into a war of attrition.


As much as we all want this to happen it is very unlikely. Unless an uprising from the Russian people is forcing Putin and Co out. Of course there is another option, some in the 2nd line stage a military coup but I don't think that they have the numbers to dare such a move at this stage.

The West never intended to attack Russia, they wanted to get a slice of the huge market and invested billions plus secured the gas contracts. Why attacking your own investments. Putin was seen as the "good dictator", a guarantee for peace and stability until he elevated himself to the thrown for life. After the 2014 events it was clear, he joined the dark side. Even I was in favour of him until the 2010 mark, proud that one of " us of the last Eastern Generation ", the true believers in Socialism / Communism for the benefits of mankind have come to the rescue of Russia after the Jelzin disaster. He was the strong man Russia wanted and needed to get them on the right pathway. While his inner circle's interest was to grab the wealth for themselves he wanted more and more power, totally opposite to what a true communist should be and do.

Like Hitler, he had the millions of followers but when sending them into hell you can't expect to end up in heaven.

What a great chance and opportunity he had and what a shame what he made out of it. Russia will rise again, let's hope a strong democracy combining the variety of ethnic groups and intentions / interests will guide them to become a friendly/ people loving and human rights respecting country. Economical power means political / military power. In the right hands - benefiting everyone, not just a handful. In the wrong hands - it is just what we are currently witnessing.
