(a) Russia has over 4000 Nukes with Hyper-Sonic missiles to deliver them while China has 300
(China's short term US deterrent is a no limit China-Russia alliance
(b) Due to Western Economic Sanctions on Russia, China benefits from cheap oil, gas, coal , food & fertiliser
which helps it close the US GDP gap.
(c) Russia is the most important member of China's BRI
