yes for sure...no military power wants to see its perceived "technological superiority" ...humiliated on the actual battle field .
we saw this in the Kosovo war, when Yugoslavia took down a F117a night hawk ....The smug Americans immediately cased their war criminal bombing campaign against Yugoslavia for fear of losing further "technologically superior" equipment......
this is what's playing out here now..... neither side wants to see their pride and joy blown up on CNN
