    Correct, Putin used them as pawn for his end game as he wanted to leave a "legacy" of "reunifying" Ukraine with Russia. If he was so concern about them then he would have migrated them into Russia and given them all passports like he did when he evacuated them before he started the unprovoked invasion. How pro-Putin propagandist can't see this is beyond me.
