The reason Putin was selected to lead by the oligarchs is because previous to him, Gorbachev/ Yeltsin types would get pissed rotten and sign away whatever was put in front of them.

It will be Biden and the democrats who will get smashed from Biden's reckless war mongering and lies.
Most Americans are utterly opposed to another war and due to "Biden's reckless war mongering and lies" Trump supporters can actually pose as opponents of war.
Biden keeps trying to outflank the GOP from the right, which only strengthens trump and his next coup attempt.

Short of a surprise announcement from the White House, markets around Europe have decided, and priced in Ukraine; including US futures.

Ukraine and its breakaway Republics will be yesterday's news, provided there is no further escalation.

Nearly every indices at the moment, are in the Green. And Gold is currently down.
