On the flipside, the Ukrainian government/intelligence/military ACTUALLY stated things like:
The hot phase of the war will be over in 2-3 weeks (Arestovich, March 2022) The hot phased of the war will be over by the end of the year (Budanov, April 2022) The war will be over by Summer 2023 (Budanov, End of of 2022) The war will be over by end of 2023 (Budanov, September 2023) The war will go on for a long time (Budanov, November 2023)
