I do not think Ukraine can win, it was always poor in any event, the war has occupied for Putin long enough and has been a disaster for Putin so I think the war has achieved its aims.
Time to concentrate on Beijing, Xitler, India and Moditler and getting rid of more problematic despots and tyrants.
