It bears revisiting the gross and utter stupidy of Zels. He was elected on a platform of peace with the Russkies.

The Russkies wanted, broadly:
a) No Crimea
b) No NATO
c) A level of "autonomy" for the largely Russky E Ukr but still within Ukr.

So, one expected Zels to come to some peaceful outcome.

BUT Johnson decided to pay Zels an overnight visit and "peaceful outcome" went out the door.

Instead of a Ukr that was thriving we had hundreds of thousands dead and destruction of Ukr on a massive scale.

OK so why did Johnson visit Zels and who was behind the visit?????
