Donetsk and Luhansk were in the Top-5 of the industrial production list index back in 2019. And those statistics did not include the territories that were considered to be "under occupation". Although there are definitely quite a few industrial assets dispersed all over Ukraine, in territories that Russia will most likely never reach. So there's plenty that Blackrock and JP can feast on.
