An F16 wouldn't be hard to fly for any experienced jet jockey, but the SYSTEMS that make the difference between life and death, and the language, take time. Be patient you [or your braver mates] will get your chance to destroy them soon enough.

It is true that they need sealed runways, so what? They can stay back a bit and if range is critical there is aerial refuelling.
