That's wishful thinking. US economy is 34 trillion in debt, and still going.
Ukraine HAS no economy. It's totally dependent on US/EU handouts. And those handouts won't last indefinitely, considering the number of problems that are piling up on US/EU governments' door-steps. Ukraine already ate through around 200bn without achieving anything of any significance as far as their "1991 borders" objectives go.
Plus, there are a whole bunch of countries that aren't interested in the collapse of the Russian economy. Which includes China. And some European countries.
