so if the Baltic Sea is out due NATO , if a NATO country holds the chokepoint of entry into the Med and if Ukraine has chased the russ out of most of the Black Sea ......I suppose that leaves russia with access to the Pacific via Vladivostok (providing China doesn't want their territory given back) , the Arctic and the Sea of Azov .
