    It’s a mental disorder called “confabulation”. I have a friend with this condition, and it’s truly fascinating to hear some of her stories. I wouldn’t want to live with someone who has this affliction, though, because it must be frustrating to try to convince the victim that what he believes couldn’t possibly be true and, in fact, can be proven to be incorrect.
