are they hitting? they've being hitting for over two years, kinzhals, supersonics, whatnots.... but the result is that Russians are getting hit.

Large swathe of captured territory gone, Russian border moving towards Moscow, over 400,000 dead or maimed, started importing its richest resource petroleum products, many froze to death last winter and the destruction of its infrastructure including factories, ships and planes increasing by the day.
