Here's my reply to your continued nitpicking: re "Russia can now bypass these fortifications and go around them". Isn't it interesting how you made a big point about 'can' just a few days ago? "Strength can ensure peace.... " can "....not for russia though' Clearly you weren't saying strength has already ensured peace. I get the feeling you are in control of your occasional comprehension issues. If you want to pretend to be confused, I can't stop you.
