"...The FSB helping the ISIS attackers in carry out their attack..." This is a false narrative that's being peddled by Center for Information and Psychological Operations ofUkraine (CIPsO) and affiliated organisations.
FSB has no reason to do any of that.
The real culprits are those that hired these guys to commit this atrocity. FSB does not have any reason to do that. The Ukrainian terrorist regime does.
Nazilensky's regime is responsible for multiple sabotage and terrorist acts all over Russia. Including this one.
