According to world's mass media outlets, CIA engineered plenty. It looks like you're still suggesting that the mass media coverage of CIA's activities in Ukraine is Kremlin propaganda...Disappointing.

CIA was most likely involved in engineering the coup. Considering their regime-change history, I'd say it's highly likely.
It was also most likely involved in brainwashing of the Ukrainian population in order to manipulate them into making specific choices.
It was/is most certainly involved in training covert action specialists (aka saboteurs and terrorists).

All of these things (and plenty of others) they've already done in the past. In countries all over the globe. So to suggest that he purpose of 12-base-CIA presence in Ukraine was to simply hand out candy and sign party invitations - is a laughable concept.

There was no CIA involvement in a coupmas there was no coup. Putins puppet voluntarily abandoned the presidency, no one from the CIA made Putins puppet abandon the presidency and flee to Russia.

There was no coup.

There is no evidence if CIA bases in Ukraine.
