Look at the victims in the mass grave that Putins invaders forced Ukrainian POWs to dig. Signs of torture, hands bound and shot. War crimes.
I use evidence of torture and summary executions to determine my view that war crimes were committed, and not just in Izium, all over Ukraine is the same story, I do not use some odd logic that because Ukrainian POWs were forced to dig mass graves of Putins victims that there were no war crimnes.
