May as well though - aren't Russia already guilty for removing children from conflict zones?
Since the Kyiv regime is 'strongly' reliant on outside support, getting rid of it's ability to transport the incoming supplies/equipment to fronts will give Russia a big advantage. It would also minimise casualties among everyone before the inevitable negotiations.
