18% of Ukraine when russia had 8% back before the invasion so that's 10% of Ukraine occupied by russia in over two years - a supposed superpower against a very underweaonised much smaller nation is that what you called "winning " ?????
it ISN'T winning because of the cost to russia for what they have tried to do ......tried because not a single one of putins stated objectives has been acheived ....cost and loss for russia.has been immense and outweighs the teerritory they have gained - (but is not recognised by the world as belonging to them )
