If all of these weapons packages make no difference, then why has Putin not accomplished a single objective in Ukraine?
Ukraine do not commit acts of terrorism, it is simply untrue to say so. Ukraine would lose their Western support for any such acts so it is pure fiction to think that Ukraine would undertake any.
Russia on the other hand have a long and verifiable track record of terrorism and war crimes, attacking schools, hospitals, civilian infrastructure, murdering unarmed and bound civilians en masse. That is terrorism.
