Seems a civil war is brewing within the ranks of Kremlin. First victim was the highest ranker of Kovalchuk/Kirienko gang Deputy Defence Minister Ivanov who was arrested on corruption by the other Gang led by Nikolai Patruchev , the head of Security Council. Both groups trying their man for the PM position of Putin's new government. Yuri Kovalchuk, best friend and the banker of Putin is pushing his brother Mikhail Kovalchuk, current science and technology minister and Patruchev wants his son, current Agri minister Dmitry Patruchev for the PM position.
Looks like the current PM Mishustin, regarded by many as the best to fill Putin's shoes is sandwiched in between to be sent to Gulag on a corruption charge. Mishustin prob might find out that without true corruption and a backing gang, one cannot hold a top position in Kremlin.
