In the Ukraine constitution of 2014, there is no article that states the abandoning of presidency and hence that concept does NOT exist in that constitution. Anything that is not in the constitution does not stand. I am NOT saying Yanu is a fit president. But in any case one needs to FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION. If you do not follow it for the convenience of the scenario this time, others may not follow it generations later against your descendant. FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION
