If the recently approved money includes an improbability drive in the mix of support then what you say could well be true.

Its the same support Ukraine was receiving before - but less going forward. I cant see that changing the manpower shortage in Ukraine which is the main issue now.

so ......Ukraine are firing one shell to russias 10 , russia has all the planes (dropping gliding bombs on defenders).... and Ukraine are running out of almost everything else but you think the main problem is the manpower shortage ........
