He needs to conquer Ukraine in order to do that. That aim has bee a military failure for the last 10 years.
Putin's fascist dream is never going to happen.
All that will happen is Russia will continue to loose hundreds of thousands of troops for temporary occupation of tiny tiny amounts of land.
